3D Fiberglass Woven Sandwich Fabric
Product Details
Three-dimensional woven E‑glass sandwich fabrics are produced using E-glass yarn, allowing for easy and quick production of high-quality sandwich constructions. These fabrics consist of two bi-bidirectionally woven deck layers that are bonded together by vertical yarn/pile in 8-shape, which act like springs and push the deck layers apart to a predefined height. This unique sandwich structure offers several advantages over traditional sandwich fabrics, wood, and laminate products due to its strength and lightweight properties. It is compatible with Polyester, Vinyl ester and Epoxy resin and widely used in hand lay up products, such as marine, double wall tanks, automotive parts, railway vehicles, sports and other areas.

Application Instructions:
1.Fiber-Resin Rate: 1:0.9 -1:1.5
2.Put about 40% of desired resin quantity on the surface of the mould
3.Put 3D sandwich woven fabric into the resin layer and Roll the fabric firmly from the center outwards with Hair Roller.
4.Put balance desired resin on the fabric
5.Roll the top face of fabric to get plain surface. Roll in weft direction can get max. height.
